No. If you’re already a certified SkillUp trainer and have delivered multiple group sessions with positive feedback, you automatically become eligible to apply for SBT Academy’s Personal Coach Badge, with a short upskilling module. This allows you to offer 1-on-1 coaching with official branding and guidance.
Once you’ve successfully delivered a few SkillUp batches, you can level up to offer personal coaching and even corporate training focused on communication, confidence, or interview prep for early professionals. This opens up additional income streams while using the same core skillset you’ve built.

There are five modules in the SkillUp course is designed to run for an average of 10 hours, typically spread across 10 sessions. Trainers have the flexibility to structure these as weekday, weekend, or fast-track batches, depending on the learners’ schedules.
