1. Program Overview
A senior security leader from one of India’s largest globally operating conglomerates approached me with a unique objective—not simply to learn body language, but to develop the expertise required to teach behavioural analysis within his own organisation.
As the leader responsible for a large security function, he wanted to build an internal capability that would help his team apply body language and behavioural observation during interviews, questioning, and security-related interactions.
This engagement evolved into a customised Train the Trainer program, designed to transform subject knowledge into training capability.
2. The Objective
Unlike conventional body language coaching, the goal was not personal development alone.
The objective was to prepare the participant to become an effective internal trainer who could confidently teach body language concepts to security professionals and demonstrate how behavioural analysis can support observation, interviewing, and people assessment in real-world situations.
The emphasis was on both mastering the subject and learning how to teach it effectively.

The program was delivered over multiple sessions, allowing concepts to be absorbed and applied progressively.
We began by building a comprehensive understanding of body language and behavioural analysis—from foundational principles through to advanced observation techniques.

- Strengthening audience engagement through interactive activities

By the end of the engagement, the participant had not only developed expertise in body language but had also gained confidence in delivering structured behavioural analysis training.
